Returns
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which gives consumers extra protection when buying online.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without giving a reason within the 14-day cooling-off period, beginning the day after you receive the goods.
Refunds can only be made if the goods are returned unopened and in their original packaging.
If you are in possession of the goods, you are under a duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must return the goods to us at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge, not exceeding our direct costs, for recovering the goods if you do not return them or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum paid will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have the right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
- goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
- goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- unsealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- newspapers, periodicals or magazines
Goods must be returned unopened and in their original packaging for a refund to be issued.
Guarantees
Warranty length varies by model. Please check the individual product page for the specific warranty and corrosion guarantee that applies to your unit.
Disposer parts and accessories, including all peripherals, come with a 1-year replacement warranty against defects from the original date of purchase. Please use our contact page to report a fault and start a claim.
Proof of purchase is required to start any warranty claim, along with the unit’s serial number where applicable.
This warranty excludes splash guards, stoppers and seals.
