Delivery

All orders are subject to a flat delivery charge of £4.99.

Waste disposal units: delivery within 1-2 working days if ordered before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Accessories: standard delivery within 1-5 working days Monday to Friday.

Terms

There may be delays outside of our control, as we use third-party couriers. This can include courier delays or deliveries to remote areas where postal or courier services are less frequent.

Higher-value items will need to be signed for and will not be left in a safe place.

Please do not arrange for a tradesman to install your product until you are in possession of the goods and have checked that the item is in good working order. We are not liable for any costs incurred should the item prove unsuitable, defective or damaged in transit.

You may be asked for identification if the delivery driver meets you in a communal area such as a block of flats.
